Biography

Cenk Kocdor was born on April 9, 1978, in Nigde. After graduating from Mersin Science High School, he completed his high school education in Niğde in 1996. He earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in 2001. Later, in 2014, he completed the Sabancı University Executive MBA program and, during this period, participated in the "Leadership & Innovation" and "Disciplined Entrepreneurship" programs at MIT Sloan School of Management.

He began his professional career in 2003 as an Industrial Engineer at the Brisa Izmit factory. After working in engineering, managerial, and directorial positions in areas such as production planning, capacity and resource planning, productivity improvement, facility layout planning, factory design, automation processes, and production standardization, he was appointed as the Aksaray factory director in 2015 for the establishment and commissioning of the new Aksaray factory. Between 2015 and 2020, he led the implementation of the factory and the production reaching planned levels in the initial phase. As of July 2020, he assumed the role of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) responsible for the domestic market at Brisa.

Cenk Kocdor is married with two sons.
