Neslihan Nigiz Ulak is a senior business leader with 26 years of international experience in B2C & B2B industries, spanning Unilever, Barry Callebaut, and La Lorraine Bakery Group. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CIMA) and holds an INSEAD Women Leadership certificate. She graduated from Robert College and Bogazici University with high honors.
She began her career at Unilever Turkiye, where she became the company’s first female Sales Director and led various local and global roles across finance, supply chain, and sales for 19 years. At Barry Callebaut, she was appointed the company’s first General Manager in Turkiye, driving significant investment and growth, including the expansion of production lines, the relaunch of the Eskisehir R&D Center, and the reopening of the Istanbul Chocolate Academy. Today, she serves as Regional Vice President for Turkiye & the Middle East at La Lorraine Bakery Group, after successfully leading the company’s strategic transformation as Chairperson for Turkiye, Caucasus, and Central Asia.
Alongside her corporate career, Neslihan is an entrepreneur, co-founding Sobrinus Consulting and Korelle Cosmetics.
Ulak has been actively working for over 15 years to increase female employment and implement inclusive policies in the business world. She is a founding member and the current Chairperson of LEAD Network Türkiye. She is also a member of the BLCCT, Türk Üniversiteli Kadınlar Derneği, Sales Network, and Women in Sales platforms.
